Lang, Contracting Officer, Fax 256-955-9220. PRON: AX6F61994X, NSN: 5895-01-438-9 283, PN: 7-514200053(-1). Quantity: 200, applicable to AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required Delivery is 200 each, 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This requirement is restricted to Trivec-Avant Corporation, Ca ge Code 60188 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Cage Code 8V613, because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms that can produce the required item descr ibed above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will no t close prior to the closing date stated above.
