Description
GSA is issuing a refreshed solicitation effective on May 17, 2006, electronically only. The Schedule is entitled "FSC 72, Part I, Section A, Carpet, Carpet Tiles & Cushion, Resilient Flooring-Vinyl, Rubber Tile & Sheet Goods & Mats & Matting (with & without Logos)?. This Solicitation number is 3FNH-F3-00F002-B, Refreshed #6. This refreshed solicitation replaces the solicitation issued on May 31, 2005. SINs 31-302 and 31-501 are 100% small business set-aside. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizops.gov as an Acrobat document. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation files, by searching using Solicitation Number 3FNH-F3-00F002-B, (include the dashes). The solicitation includes clauses, which must be completed and returned by all offerors. The changes made to the solicitation include updated and deleted clauses. Please note the Technical Requirements Booklet 3FNE-00-591a changes under CP-FSS-2, Significant Changes. Contracting questions should be directed to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous. Individual contract will be for five (5) years, with three (3) five (5) year options, for a total of 20 years if performance is satisfactory. Options are not guaranteed and will not be extended with unacceptable performance, contract information not posted on GSA Advantage website, inadequate sales and delinquent IFF payments.
