Description
CHANGE TO DELINEATED AREA: The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 10,724 rentable square feet of space to yield 9,325 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space in Tampa, Florida within the following delineated area: North: Start at the intersection of N. Ashley Dr. and E. Tyler Street. Go east on E. Tyler Street to N. Orange Ave. East: From the intersection of E. Tyler and N. Orange, go south on N. Orange to E. Twiggs, and from this intersection go east to N. East Street, then turn south on N. East Street down to Channelside Drive. South: Channelside Drive west to N. Ashley Drive. West: N. Ashley Drive The Government requires a fully-serviced lease and 2 covered parking spaces on-site or within 2 blocks of the offered site. Occupancy date is April 1, 2007 or earlier, if feasible. The required lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Lifesafety and Handicapped Accessibility. Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous on the same floor. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agent must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone. We plan to schedule your appointment for mid-late June, 2006.
