Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Technology, Engineering, and Aerospace Mission Support (TEAMS) Services on April 12, 2006. The anticipated release date of the DRFP remains on or about May 22, 2006. You are notified that NASA LaRC will conduct a pre-solicitation conference on Thursday, June 1, 2006. The conference will be held at NASA LaRC, Reid Conference Facility Building 1222, 14 Langley Blvd., Hampton, VA 23681-2199. The conference will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., and is scheduled to complete at 3:00 p.m., and will include a facility tour. Portions of the facility tour will be limited to U.S. citizens. The briefing will be unclassified. Provide a list of planned attendees, no more than (3) individuals per company, and indicate whether or not they are U.S. citizens. Non-U.S. Citzens must register for the conference no later than 4:30 p.m. EDT on May 19, 2006, while other interested parties should register as soon as possible, but not later than 4:30 p.m. EDT on May 30, 2006. Be advised that non-U.S. citizens may have difficulty obtaining access to LaRC. For non-U.S. Citizens, provide the visitor's full name, date of birth, citizenship, and city and country of birth. Non-U.S. Citizens, whose visitor request have been approved will also have to present credentials (e.g., Visa, Resident Alien Card) upon arrival at LaRC. Individuals from designated countries, unless permanent resident aliens, will not be granted access to LaRC. Prospective Offerors are requested to submit any written questions to Roberta Hollifield, via e-mail at TEAMS_SEB@larc.nasa.gov, no later than 4:30 p.m. EDT on May 30, 2006 so that NASA will be able to cover as much information as possible at the pre-solicitation conference. NASA plans on posting an amendment addressing all questions and answers. Attendance at the pre-solicitation conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal/bid submission and will not be considered in the evaluation. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/LaRC Business Opportunities home page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=23 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
