Technical Questions/Answers (2) Solicitation 541-068-06 Mold Contaminated Medical Records Clean-up Q1. Is there a sketch of the room located directly above the contaminated records that has been designated the cleaning space for the medical records? A1. There is at this time no sketch available. The dimensions of the room are as follows: Approximately 800 sq. ft. and 20 ft. x 40 ft. Q2. Are there any digital photographs of the file room? A2. No Q3. Is a site visit possible at this point? A4. A site visit was given in March and no other site visits can be given at this time. Q4. Would you consider a proposal that included coping the pages and replacing the folders as well as new boxes? A4. All proposals should reflect the requirement stated in the solicitation. Q5. What type of testing was conducted on the documents to determine the presence of mold? A5. Air sample testing and tape sample testing was conducted in the VA lab to determine the presence of mold. No copies of test results are available.
