- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for Printed Wiring Boards, Battery, which must be, constructed to the requirements of DWG No. 600-2004-451, Rockwell International Corporation Collins Group. Dra wings and specifications are available on our web page http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm. This requirement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 326199 and standard size is 500 employees. We prefer to make payment by VISA cr edit card and prices submitted must include ALL applicable cost. If you do not accept VISA, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09, dated 19 April 2006. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.209-4 and Alt I, 52.21 2-4, 52.212-5, (52.203-6 Alt I, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.225-5, 52.232-33, 52.232-36), 52.216-18, 52.216-19, 52.216-22, and 52.249-8. Full version of provisions FAR 52.212-2 and clauses FAR 52.209-4 and Alt I, 52.216-8, 19, and 22 may be found at our webpage cited above. From Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225-7001, 252.225-7012, 252.243-7002). We anticipate awarding indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) with a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 500 units over a period of 5 years. Award will be based on technically acceptable, low price using the criteria in FAR 52.212-2. A team of contractors will address the full criteria in FAR 52.212-2. Contractor(s) selected for award will be awarded a contract for a minimum quantity of 100 units. The first units (10) must proceed on th e following 90 units. If the First Article Test is not passed, the contract will be Terminated for Default. FAR Clause 52.209-4, First Article Approval Government Testing and its Alternate I, apply to this requirement. Proposal shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination.
