Description

THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON THE WEB VIA FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FEDBIZOPPS). NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION OR AMENDMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. No public announcement of any amendments will be made. Vendors are advised to periodical ly check the web page for new amendments or other updates. Any changes to the solicitation will be posted only to the website. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer prior to the closing date. Estimated date RFP release is on or about 07 Jun 2006 and closing will be approximately 30 days later. It is the Governments plan to restrict the RFP to US and Canadian producers under 10 USC 2304(C)(3). The technical data package is Distribution D; a certified DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Data Agreement, must be furnished with your request for the TDP. Purchase Description: This solicitation is to establish a firm fixed price contract for a bas e plus four option years for quantity of 132,789 each M935 FUZE NSN 1390-01-268-9155, P/N 9395584. There will be four 1-year options with maximum quantities anticipated to be as follows: option year 1  391,595 EA; option year 2  260,000 EA; option year 3  223,320; option year 4  221,388 EA. Proposals shall address pricing of option years in ranges. FOB: Origin, Location TBD. Contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of any resultant contra ct. The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov/.
