Description

GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Liberty Research Center Carroll County, MD who has a requirement to install an antenna tower. A site visit will be conducted on 30 May 2006 at 9:30 a.m. Personnel attending the site visit need to contact Elza Redman by closed of business on May 26, 2006 at (410) 781-0487 or (410) 207-7233. The RFP close out date is 19 June 2006 at 2:00p.m. All offers shall be submitted in the address shown in block 26 of the SF1442. This requirement is being procured using 8(a) set a side. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237130 with a small business size standard of 28.5 Million. The competitive RFP and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number0406CT62522. The RFP is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about May 19, 2006 and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. Potential offers are responsible for accessing the site. Interested parties must respond to the offer in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored and no offers list shall be maintained. Potential offers are requested to direct all questions via e-mail to mark.debery@mms.gov. Ensure the RFP number0406CT62522 and project title is referenced on all correspondence.
