Item 0001: Duplication services to reproduce Blue Angels mini CD-ROM, (100,000) ea. The Blue Angels mini CD-ROM directly supports the recruitment of men and women into the Navy. Statement of Work Program Objective: The procurement of duplication services to reproduce Blue Angels mini CD-ROM. The Blue Angels mini CD-ROM directly supports the recruitment of men and women into the Navy for Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC). Background Information: Commander, Navy Recruiting Command requires 100,000 Blue Angels Mini CD-ROMs which will be used as handouts at Navy Blue Angel air shows and specific events to promote Navy awareness. The functional sponsor for this contract is CNRC Photographic Officer, N921, LT Greg Pinkley, Tel: 901-874-9106, Fax: 901-874-9081. Scope: The contractor shall provide: Duplication of 100,000 80mm CD Mini Disc with full color off set printing with insertion into clear vinyl sleeves. Insert into vinyl sleeves a paper insert: o Insert will be 3 inches by 6 inches folded in the middle making it 3 inches by 3 inches. The fold in the middle will have cut rounded corners to facilitate insertion into vinyl sleeve. Printed on white, 80lb, litho-coated text, gloss coated (2 sides) o Includes 4 color process, plus flood gloss varnish (build PMS colors from process) Task: CNRC Photo Officer will provide all workable sources for reproduction. Contractor will provide a turn around production time of 21-30 business days once all workable sources have been received, tested, and approved for production run. Provide pre-production sample disc to CNRC Photo Officer N921 at 5722 Integrity Drive, Bldg 784, Millington, TN. 38004. CNRC Photo Officer will test sample disc prior to production run. Contractor and CNRC Photo Officer will resolve any issues via phone or email prior to production run.
