Description

General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS), Western Service Center (10PZ1), Jackson Federal Building, Rm 390, 915 2nd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98174. General Services Administration seeks to lease 8,331 useable square feet of ?Class A? office and related use space located in the Seattle Central Business District. Delineated area within the Central Business District is: North ? Denny Way; West ? Alaskan Way; South ? Royal Brougham; East ? Interstate 5. This space along with 22 structured parking stalls (garage access height minimum of 6?8?) will be used to house a US Government Agency for a term of 10 years. Occupancy is required by March 1, 2007. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, Seismic Standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rent to be paid.
