Description: The purpose of this order is for the Contractor to provide an ON CALL Ultrasound Technologist, for Imaging Service at the North Chicago VAMC from the period of June 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007. Services shall be provided as required, after normal work hours, weekends, and National Holidays. Contract personnel must be available by, beeper, pager or cell phone and must be at the VA North Chicago within 30 minutes of contact. Contract personnel furnishing services under this order shall be ARDMS certified in good standing. All work performed under this contract will be completed at the VA. The Radiology Supervisor will determine the contract technologist?s rotation or location where services are to be provided.
