Description

Repair Fire Hydrants, Area 2 Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Solicitation Number FA4600-06-B-0006. The project is to replace approximately 76 fire hydrants, valves, and cathodic protection for a portion of the associated waterlines. The contractor will restore the ground around the fire hydrants to original conditions. This restoration will include the removal and replacement of pavement in many cases. The expected performance period for this project id approximately 423 calendar days. This solicitation will be issued as a competitive 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation issue date is on or about (O/A) 5 Jun 06; bid opening O/A 5 Jul 06. NAICS Code: 238220. Size Standard $13 Million.
