Description: Remedy Express is a COTS product acquired by the Go vernment several years ago. It provides the Government with a critical help desk and change management repository. The system allows the TMA Network Operations Center in Falls Church, VA, Aurora, CO and the TRICARE Regional Offices in San Antonio, TX, San Diego, CA and Rosslyn, VA to document the issuance, tracking and resolution of problem, change help desk, and other support issues for computer hardware and software infrastructure. Annual maintenance is required for this software application to ensure the product is current and operational. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide software licensing (current release and versions) and maintenance serv ices for Remedy Express software as described in the terms and conditions of their commercial software licensed incorporated by reference to this contract award. Contract Period of Performance is for a base and two (2) twelve month option periods. This sol icitation document incorporates the following provisions: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3 (Offerors must include a completed copy with their quote), 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.217-8, 52.217-9, and 252.232-7003. Quotes shall be evaluated on a Lowest Technically Acceptab le basis. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbal anced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the options.
