Description

SOURCES SOUGHT for the following types of contractors: 8(a), Hubzone, Service Disabled Veteran, and Small Business contractors for an Indefinite-Quantity contract for the gathering and disposal of office recyclable paper and cardboards. The work will be located at the Naval Support Activity Crane, Crane Indiana. The recyclable papers will be gathered from various work locations and buildings on base and delivered to a Recyclable Facility off station. This service does not include recycle paper generated from Government personnel?s general house cleaning activities. The contractor shall collect all recyclable paper as often as collection receptacles become full OR once a week. The contractor shall break down collected cardboard boxes before placement in the holding storage facilities. The contractor shall return empty collection boxes or receptacles to pick-up points or provide suitable replacements. The contractor may empty full recyclable paper receptacles into Government furnished holding area storage facilities. The storage facilities shall be emptied and the recyclable material delivered to a Recyclable Facility of their choice off station, when full to capacity or at the contractor?s discretion. Existing government owned collection containers may be utilized by the contractor, however, future requirements for replacement or new collection containers will be the responsibility of the contractor at no additional cost to the government. Existing government owned holding storage facilities may be utilized by the contractor, however, future requirements for replacement or new holding storage facilities will be the responsibility of the contractor at no additional cost to the government.
