Description: The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VAHNUNY)at Albany, New York has a need for healthcare servics (i.e., Community Based Outpatient Clinic - CBOC)to be furnished by the contractor in Malone, New York. The contract will be for a base year plus two one year options. The contractor will furnish all healthcare providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meed the promary medical needs of the enrolled patients.
