Description: The 36 Contracting Squadron is interesting in seeing it there is any contractors that would like to perform green wasted debris and processing and removal at Northwest Field, Andersen AFB. There is approximately 35 acres worth of debris. SCOPE OF WORK The 36 CES Squadron will provide all the materials, equipment, and labor necessary to clear approximately 35 acres of trees and vegetation and place at a centralized location. The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to collect green waste from said centralized location and process as necessary. Processing can include chipping, grinding, mulching, or cutting for landscaping or lumber purposes. The contractor will have full rights to ownership of the end product and can sell for contractor?s own commercial/industrial sales profit. This work would not require the Government to pay for these services.
