Description: Provide all labor, material and equipment to complete Replacement Parking Lot at the VA Medical Center, Beckley, WV. Work will include top soil removal, removal of limited number of trees, excavation, sub base preparation, sub base stone additive and asphalt with sealer and striping. All work shall be completed in accordance with all Federal, State and OSHA regulations. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses.
