- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-06-Q0276 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 335129 and small business size standard of 500 employees. Description: Six specialized search and rescue night lights, P/N 9427486-2/3, Model SRNL-1, MFR Firan Technology Group "OR EQUAL", light will be half red and half green. Please include shiping charges to Tucson, AZ 85707 and an estimated delivery date ARO.
