Description

The purpose of this modification to the combined synopsis/solicitation is to change the requirement description to add the word rebuilt to CLIN 0001. CLINs 000101, 000102, and 000103 remain unchanged. Delivery requirement remains unchanged. All vend ors who have provided quotes, must provide new quotes if still interested in participating in this solicitation. Change CLIN 0001 to read as follows: CLIN 0001 2 each, NSN 6115-12-337-8494: Synchronous Generator Sets, rebuilt, 400 Hz, 150kW, 120/208 phase/ line voltages. Maximum phase current is 521 amps. G-cylinder diesel engine with a continuous power output of 186 kW at 2182 RPM. The air, fuel, and oil filters are dimensioned so that the generator set is suitable for desert conditions. Diesel fuel capacit y of 101.7 gallons (385 liters). With a full tank and at full load, operating time is approximately 10 continuous run hours. Generator set must have the capacity to operate in parallel. The generator set shall be painted and identified in accordance with MIL-HDBK-1223 (Nontactical Wheeled Vehicles Treatment, Painting, Identification Marking and Data Plate) and MIL-STD-130 (Identification Marking of US Property). Warning signs shall be in Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) olive drab paint.
