Description: Remove existing heating system. Install new heating system, evaporative cooling system with supply and ductwork to serve the Arts & Crafts area. Project scope entails installation of a roof top heating and evaporative cooling unit and ductwork to serve an approximate 2,000 NSF area. (For estimating purposes only, provide 400? #8 THHN cooper conductor, 100? 1? GRS, a 60 ampere, three phase safety switch and 50 ampere, three phase circuit breaker. Actual electrical design to be by a qualified electrical contractor). POSSIBLE ASBESTOS RELATED WORK: The asbestos survey identifies asbestos-containing pipe joint compound located in the ?tunnel; and of the center of the building. If HVAC project disturbs the in-place asbestos, the asbestos mus be abated according to EPA regulations prior to proceeding with the work.
