Description: The Contractor shall provide all services and supplies related to and including equipment, drugs, patient assessment and monitoring, incidentals and training for patient and caregiver to provide Home IV Infusion Therapy Services for eligible veterans as requested by the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco, CA.
