Description

Touchless vehicle washing system operating on a 120/208V 3 phase system in an enclosed building with a washing area dimension of 19 feet high, 24 feet wide and 64 feet in length. A ?roll-over? system incorporating both a shampoo and a wax cycle, with the ability to selectively turn off the wax cycle, and needs to be completely automated with sensors used for the opening and closing of the bay doors on the entrance and exit, and operated by a touchpad at the entrance with pushbutton heights for both high vehicles as well as standard height vehicles. Unit needs to be made from a stainless steel construction with other steel parts being coated in a galvanized coating. Washing system will need to be able to wash all forms of vehicles from a small sedan to a tractor-trailer combination exceeding 13 feet in height, and have a two-stage washing program for washing vehicles that are longer than the building. System will also need a blower system and the unit must be able to operate in EXTREME winter conditions (to 70 below F). System would have to include a comprehensive warranty, and the installation cost would have to include the removal of the existing system, with the existing system being retained by the customer. Construction of the wash rack will have to be of a ?Heavy-Duty? or industrial construction and be able to handle a high volume of traffic. The Government will furnish the washbay/building, water, and electrical power.
