Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey intends to host a Reverse Auction in order to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract under the authority of FAR Part 16.2. This w ill be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award of this contract will be made to the lowest price submitted under the Reverse Auction procedures. C-E LCMC will purchase (50) each (EA) Elevation Drive/Cross Elevation Drive Cable Assemblies, SPEC, NSN 5995-0 1-262-0589. P/N: SM-D-974765-2, Drawing Number SM-D-974765. Once awarded, the contractor shall deliver the first 25 cable assemblies within the first 150 days after contract award (DAC) and the remaining 25 cable assemblies 180 DAC. The applicable number ed notes for this acquisition are: 1, and 9. Offerors wishing to participate shall follow the instructions stated in the solicitation, which describes the date, time and how the Auction will occur. Those wishing to participate in the Reverse Auction will be issued specific passwords and logins to be used to access the Auction when the Representations and Certifications are submitted to the Contracting Officer at C-E LCMC as outlined in the solicitation. Please note that this procedure will be conducted o n the Internet with auction bids open for view to all participants. By participating in this program, you grant the Government the right to disclose your price; however, your name will be kept anonymous. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and Drawings (#SM-D -974765) for this effort will be posted on the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP), on or about 08 June 2006.
