- Great Plains Regional Contracting office has a requirement for Broselow/Hinkle Flying Carpet Pediatric Resuscitation System (Qty 10). Each Flying Carpet contains the seven color packs, prefilled with twenty-eight appropriately sized procedural modul es, and one Broselow measuring tape. This requirement will be under Commercial Item Procedures IAW FAR Part 12. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside and all responsible sources may submit a quotation. Solicitation will be issued on or abou t 23 May 2006 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm. Award will be made on or about 31 May 2006. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests will not be accepted.
