This announce constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-06-T-8403. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throu gh Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339113. The Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia 31314-5325, has a requirement for ONE SURGICAL ORTHOPEDIC TABL E WITH PIVOTING ARM BOARD, CROSS ARM SUPPORT, CLARK SOCKET, LARGE TRACTION BOOT LINER, SMALL TRACTION BOOT LINER, ORTHO PATIENT ISOLATION DRAPES, ORANGEAID GEL CLOSED HEAD RING ADULT, ORANGEAID GEL KNEE CRUTCH PADS, ORANGEAID GEL UNIV PERINEAL POST PAD, OV ATION EQUIPMENT CART, HIP SPICA SET. Please include shipping cost and date of shipment. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for this requirement. The items shall be delivered to the Winn Army Community Hospital, Medical Supply Officer, A TTN: Ms. Ann Bare, Bldg P302, 9th and Niles Street, Fort Stewart, Georgia, 31314-5325 as soon as possible after receipt of order.
