Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Eastern Colorado Area Office, (Reclamation) intends to investigate the presence of cultural resources (from both prehistoric and historic periods) within the pool area and other Reclamation property at Pueblo Reservoir. It is the intention of the Government to make a multi-year award with a base year and four option periods to complete this project. Exercising of option years is dependent upon need and the availability of funding for this project. The quote schedule is tentatively schedule to be available on or around June 6, 2006. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for July 4, 2006 at the Bureau of Reclamation Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th, Billings, Montana. There is no charge for the first copy of this request for quote, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 for additional set. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541620. This is a small business set-aside. After issuance, the Solicitation/Contract/Order (Commercial Items) (Standard Form 1449) may be viewed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To request a hard copy of the solicitation (including the Statement of Work) contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart Black Eagle. The request must be on Company Letterhead, and include the following information: contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number, and Dun and Bradstreet number. Vendors are required to register in CCR prior to award of a contract.
