Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 9,752 rentable square feet in Kennewick or Pasco, Washington. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 8,480 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet to a maximum of 8,904 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space shall be contiguous. The building must be located in Kennewick or Pasco, Washington within one of the two following delineated areas: Kennewick, WA: North Boundary: State Highway 240 East Boundary: S. Gum Street/State Highway 397 South Boundary: W. 10th Avenue West Boundary: Leslie Road (Border between Kennewick and Richland) Pasco, WA: North Boundary: Argent Road East Boundary: N. 10th Street (north to Argent Rd.) South Boundary: Columbia River West Boundary: State Highway 395 (north to Argent Rd.) Neither of the delineated areas is considered more preferable than the other. The proposed lease is for ten years, five years firm and should be fully serviced. The Government will consider sites for a build-to-suit project. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
