Description: A prospective offeror would have an opportunity to enter into a no cost contract with GAO to digitize the GAO Legislative History Collection in PDF format in return for access to this unique collection. The firm could then market and sell access to the digitized collection to cover the cost of digitization. The objective of this project is to provide GAO with high quality PDF images of existing hard and microfiche copies of public law legislative histories.
