- NSN 4330-01-458-6819, Filter-separator, liquid fuel, Beta Fluid Systems, LLC (51744) p/n 205FS-Z001. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 25 may 06 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for one 3H item. This signifies that the Government does not have the rights to the technical data. This AMSC code implies that parts procured under this NSN are candidates for other than full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted with other than full and open competition.
