Description: USDA, VS is canceling this solicitation in accordance with FAR 15.206(e). All proposals received exceeded the budget significantly. Our analysis leads us to believe we did not allow adequate time for accurate pricing from subcontractors. We also believe it would have been helpful to allow for deduct alternate items as a means to reduce the scope of work to fit within the available budget. A new solicitation will be issued to accommodate these changes.
