Description: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to enter into a contract with Heckler and Koch Defense, Inc., Sterling, VA. The contractor will provide .40 Caliber P2000, Magazines. CBP intends to solicit only one source under the provisions of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no formal solicitation package is available. No award will be made on the basis of any other information received in response to this notice, as this is a notice of CBP's intent to acquire supplies and not a request for proposal(s). The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation of responses to this announcement. See Numbered Note 22.
