- This is a combined CBD/Synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items will be utilized for this acquisition. The Solicitation Number is HSCG40-06-R-20038. This announcement constitutes the solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. Proposals are being requested and a package for submission is available as an electronic attachment. The NAICS for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 334119 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The U.S. Coast Guard ELC has a requirement for the following: 1.) NSN 7025-01-516-8928, Display Unit ? Panel Mount, Nortech Engineering P/N EXP1910-P or EXP 1810-P, Qty 25 each. 2.) NSN 7025-01-517-1424, Display Unit ? Rack Mount, Nortech Engineering P/N FPI1910-R or FPI1810-R, Qty 15 each. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY!! Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, Baltimore, Maryland 21225. Delivery is desired within 60 days or sooner. It is intended that the Coast Guard ELC will obtain pricing directly from the manufacturer, Nortech Engineering Inc, Norton, MA 02766. Offer shall include unit price, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), your company Tax ID number and DUNS Number. Each item to be individually packaged in accordance with ASTM-D3951 and individually marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Bar Coding is required.
