SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a request for quote for tactical knee pads and matching elbow pads for Air Combat Command. Please indicate your interest providing a quote via email to the point of contact indicated below. Please provide a ?brand name or equal? quote for the following: Alta Superflex Knee Pads ? QTY 1530 pairs Specs: olive drab fabric, must have two straps that are buckle-secured (not velcro), skid resistant cap also in olive drab, and foam padding Alta Flex Elbow Pads (matching) ?
