- The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990. Contractor must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and must complete electronic Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) prior to award of this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database or failure to file electronic Reps and Certs will make an offeror ineligible for award. The work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 45,000 cubic yards (CY) of u nclassified material from TC Dock on the Cooper River, Charleston County, SC. Material shall be deposited in designated disposal area at Clouter Creek, North Cell. The work includes providing a disposal area report and complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammals Protection Act. The contractor will commence work within 14 days of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000 and $500,000.
