Description

NOTICE OT INTENT to procure as a sole source procurement to ESRI (Environmental Systems Research Institute Inc.), 380 New York St., Redlands, CA 92372. Procurement is for custom ArcPad applications for exporting data for field data collection and editing, field data collection using customized ArcPad forms, and importing data from the field to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Geodatabase. This is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No solicitation document is available. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available. Comparable source evaluation criteria include: 1. Demonstrated specialized experience and professional competence of key personnel in building custom data collection forms for workflows including agricultural management, wildlife structures, animal control, disease management, vegetation manipulation, grazing management, hunting and fishing management, public consumptive use, invasive plant management, wetland management, vegetation restoration, fire management, and resource management. 2. Qualification of the firm in management capability and demonstrated capacity to work with the Government agency in development of custom geoprocessing tools. 3. Past performance on contracts with Government agencies in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules.
