- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government desires to lease Class A Office Space consisting of approximately 1,167 rentable square feet of contiguous space in The Plains, Ohio. The space must yield between 923 to 1,015 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The building must be located within the City Limits of Athens and The Plains, Ohio, but no further than 2 miles outside the City Limits of The Plains, Ohio. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Occupancy is desired by January 1, 2007. GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative Trammell Crow Company. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
