- NSN 4320-01-439-0131, Seal Assembly, shaft, spring loaded. Ultrafab Corp. (3CJ11) p/n 5750008-003. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4320. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for one (1) year. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 9 June 2006 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisitioning for one 3C part number item. This signifies that the item was screened and found to be procured directly from the actual manufacturer or vendor, including a prime contractor who is the actual manufacturer. This AMSC code implies that parts procured under this NSN are candidates for full and open competition. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past perfromance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted basis.
