P/N CU06324004. See Notes 22 and 26 Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 20-each in 240 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 10-each every 30-day thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 10 to 19, 20 to 39, 40 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79 and 80 to 95. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination.. All shipments are CONUS.. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 10 JULY 2006. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and one (1) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 24-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals,, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
