Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS IN APPROXIMATELY TWO DAYS. The project consists of the removal and disposal of the existing roof shingles and paper; furnish and install new roof paper and shingles, down spouts and vents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies to perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the drawings, shown on the manufacturer?s shop drawings, discussed in the drawing notes, and as described in the specifications. The project is located in Wells, NV at the Ruby Mountains/Jarbidge Ranger District, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, Elko County, Nevada. The project site can be reached by taking State Highway 80 east from Elko, NV to Wells, NV, approximately 40 miles east of Elko. The ranger station is located at 150 Pacific Avenue, Wells, NV 89835. NAICS: 238160. Size Standard: $12.0 Million. Estimated price range: less than $25,000. Estimated start date is 7/01/06 with 30 calendar day contract time. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
