- Western Area Power Administration, Sierra-Nevada Regional Office (SNR) located in Folsom, CA has a requirement to purchase a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) mathematical model that utilizes historical energy load, temperature or other relevant data to predict future energy loads - Load Forecasting software. The application must meet specific salient characteristics, with useability, performance, operational, security and legal requirements. The Contractor must meet scope requirements as specified in Attachment A, User Requirement Specifications. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $23 Million. This requirement is being solicited full and open competition. Quotes will be evaluated and award will be made IAW the evaluation criteria as stated in the solicitation.
