- Description
- The DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Armed Security Guard Services for both the Federal Regional Center and the Federal Regional Center Annex/Disaster Processing Center (DPC), both are located in Bothell, WA. Services are for two (2) armed guards per location. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, vehicles, equipment, except as specified as Government furnished property. The resulting contract will have a Base Year period and up to four (4) one-year option periods. Services are subject to the Services Contract Act. Award of a firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services, with a small business size standard of $11.5 million. The IFB will be issued on June 12, 2006. Bid Opening Date will be July 12, 2006. There will be a nonrefundable bid set fee of $10 per bid set. This fee is charged to all requesters without exception. A check made out to the Federal Emergency Management Agency must accompany all requests for bid packages.
