Description

The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Milan, Michigan is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for one (1) Wiccan Priest/Priestess to provide instruction for inmates participating in the Bureau of Prisons, Residential Life Connections Program. The estimated quantities for the services are as follows: Wiccan Priest/Priestess provide 48 one hour sessions. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. This solicitation is set- aside 100% for small business and the NAICS code is 813110. This is not a personal appointment. The contractor will adhere to specific rules and regulations of the department and institution. Any individual working within the confines of FCI Milan must undergo a background investigation. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be available on or after May 26, 2006 and will be distributed through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site www.fedbizopps.gov. The website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Quoters must specifically identify the individual that will be performing these services under any subsequent award. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit an offer for consideration.
