- The Alaska VA Healthcare System & Regional Office is soliciting a sole source offer for the provision of catering and banquet services for various meals provided at both the Egan Convention Center and Sullivan Arena, Anchorage, AK for the period July 1 - 9, 2006. These facilities are where the sporting events associated with the National Veterans Wheelchair Games are to be held. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 260-06-01876 is issued as a Request for Quotation and the solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-9. NAICS Code 722320 applies to this procurement. The following provisions apply to this procurement and are consistent with customary commerical practices: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items.
