- Notice of a Cascaded Set-Aside for SDVOSB, HUBZone, Small Emerging Business. Solicitation 528A7-41-06. The proposed contract is a 100% cascaded set-aside for Janitorial Services at the Syracuse VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY, 13210, with a duration of not longer than 120 days, or ending September 30, 2006. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and transportation. Duties will include but not limited to moving furniture, washing walls, stripping and finishing floors, (both public & patient rooms), (offices), (corridors), cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, (both public and patient). Equipment and supplies will be provided by the government. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 19, this procurement is set-aside for participation among small businesses only. NAICS Code 561720 applies, Size Standard - $15.0 million. Responses are due NO LATER THAN Monday, June 12, 2006, at 1400 hours, or 2:00 P.M., EDT.
