Description

The purpose of this modification is as follows: 1. To Change the original response date from May 29, 2006 to June 2, 2006. 2. To change paragraph (vii) to read: The contract period is for a base performance period of 1 July 06 to 30 Sep 06 plus four (4) one year options. 3. Change paragraph (ix) to read as follows: (ix) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting form this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical capability of the service offered to meet the Government requirement, (2) Price ? The government will evaluate offerors for award purposes or the total price for the requirement, and (3) Past Performance - PAST PERFORMANCE IS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRICE. If the lowest priced evaluated responsible offer is judged to have an exceptional performance risk rating, that offer represents the best value for the Government and the evaluation process stops at this point. Award shall be made to that offeror without further consideration of any other offers. Offerors shall provide a minimum of 3 references of your most recent projects. (Recent - within a three year time frame.) 4. Remove paragraph (xiv) Defense Priorities and Allocation System and (xv) Statement regarding numbered notes. 5. Renumber (xvi) to (xiv) and (xvii) to (xv) 6. Add Set Aside: Total Small Business
