Description: This is a sources sought/market survey announcment for non-personal services. The Government is seeking potential small businesses capable of training basic trainees on Fort Bliss Texas to the current military standard in the 14J-Early Warning System Operator and 88M-Motor Transport Operator Military Occupational Specialties (MOS). Fort Bliss Directorate of Contracting intends on awarding a fixed price contract with a one (1) year base period and four (4) options periods in the month of July 2006. Some of the training material might require a SECRET Clearance. Potential instructors w ould need to be capable of obtaining or already have an active SECRET clearance by contract start date. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This announcement is a 100% set aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611710 and the Size Standard is $5 Million.
