Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency  Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Instrumentation Technology Systems, 19360 Business Center Drive, Northridge CA 91324-3547. This contract will be for the purchase of thirteen (13) Model 6188 Encoder Test Sets IAW to be used and or replace other like systems already in use at YPG. Award of this requirement will be in accordanc e with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIV E PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by 1st of June by 5:00 PM PST to me in writing with schematics and technical documentation explaining your ability to produce competitive equipm ent. Email your response to DJ Neal at Dale.Neal@yuma.army.mil In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item. See Note 22 with the exception that the time period for the receipt of proposals for consideration is 7 days instead of 45 days.
