- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is an Genset-Diesel electric generator 60 HZ 277/480 3 phase , Wye, 4 wire, 200 KW must be EPA tier III compliant with steel enclosure and sound attenuation level 2, with exhaust system. Alternator 60HZ, 12 lead, upper broad range 125C, ex citer regulator PMG, 3 phase; meter A/C output, analog; circuit breaker -300A, 3P, 600/690V, SS; shutdown low coolant level; extension engine coolant drain; coolant heater 120 Volt A/C, single phase; rack battery; window enclosure control viewing; extensio n oil drain; stand alone battery charger 120V/24V; Dry battery 12Vdc-810CCA; 336 gal Fuel tank dual/wall. Item is required within 45 days ARO, and FOB destination is required. This equipment will be shipped to March Air Reserve Base in Moreno Valley, California. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers on RFQ F7S3E46103A100 (oral offers will not be accepted). This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Syste m (NAICS) Code is 335312 and the size standard of 1000 applies to this acquisition. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
