- Rebuild and retrofit (1) Watervliet Arsenal owned 1983 Sundstrand series 20 Vertical Spindle Omni-mill, S/N 109, Watervliet Arsenal number WV12182 in accordance with Equipment Engineering Specification 5-07-3417 dated March 20, 2006. One year standar d commercial warranty is required, effective upon final acceptance by the government representative. It is anticipated that the contractor will perform the majority of the rebuild at his own facility and installation, training and start-up/testing will be performed at Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY Contractor will furnish and install all equipment and perform start-up and testing in accordance with Equipment Engineering Specification 5-07-3417 Evaluation will be based on technical capability as determin ed by responses to statement of compliance. PLEASE NOTE: This requirement is part of the financial plan for FY2007 and is unfunded at this time. Solicitation W911PT-06-Q-0221 will be posted on June 8, 2006 and will close July 8, 2006. Anticipated award d ate is on or before July 20, 2006, award will be made contingent upon funding. Telephonic requests for copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.
