- This acquisition consists of furnishing and delivering hot asphaltic concrete pavement mixture from a hot plant to the project site (Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Navajo Agency, Division of Transportation, Tuba City, Arizona); provide a distributor truck with emulsified asphalt for tack coat; provide a mechanical paving machine to place the mixture; and steel wheel rollers to compact the mixture. The Government forces will prepare the existing pavement surface. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000. Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. This acquisition is set aside for total Small Business Concern. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. All interested vendors shall provide a written request for a solicitation package (Request for Quotation) to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office, Division of Acquisition, Attention: Raymond Slim, P.O. Box 1060, Gallup, NM 87305, or fax your request to Raymond Slim at (505) 863-8382. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government.
